Grotesk Macabre is the evolution of "Grotesque", which was the UC2014 annual deck. Taking this deck as a starting point, I tried to create my own vision of the Underworld. Although a joyful and positive person myself, I had always been attracted to dark themed artwork. I find fascinating how artists throughout the centuries have imagined the world of the dead and how they dealt with the greatest fear of mankind. In Grotesk Macabre I tried to combine the darkest of all themes with the heavy elegance of baroque and the pointy, flamboyant Gothic art.

• Original edition tuck case printed with special inks on a matte black stock, foiled andembossed.

• Both editions' print run will be determined by the demand during KS campaign but theAnimated Edition will be NEVER printed again. The Original Edition may be reprinted but the tuck case of any future reprints will be basic and less elaborate in production compared to the KS Original Edition

Welcome to Ravn Playing Cards 4th edition! Ravn is back with a new design in 2 classic colors, a 3rd one in red and black, a limited variant, and a mini deck.

The cards have a new back design and of course new jokers and ace of spades. The Court cards are the same as the previous variants; be aware these court cards have been improved in design since the 1st edition.

Ravn will be printed by USPCC on their THIN CRUSHED™ paper stock.

Cavett is the 4th volume in the six volume Table Players Subscription Series. Named after my nephew, the deck follows the direction of the Table Players series, taking inspiration from vintage tobacco and cigarette packaging from the early 20th century. The beautiful letter-pressed tuck case, hints of red foiling, and rich color palette amplify the clean and elegant artwork in the deck.

Per direct communication with the artist, there were 14,002 total decks manufactured (7,093 Light, 6,909 Dark). Of these, 4,200 of each color received an official numbered and signed backer card.
