Dystopia Playing Cards developed into a disturbed tribute to Mad Max, Muscle Car Culture and the Australian Film Industry. With the wasteland as our playground, we realized we could dial everything on this project up to 11! In other words, we went a bit mad.

When Thirdway Industries produces a limited deck there is usually some overproduction (2-300 extra decks usually) that are wrapped without the seal. These are occasionally sold as part of bundles, on special occasions like Black Friday, or upon request for a reduced price.

• Omnia Magnifica hearts, Egyptian. The King is inspired by a divine Pharaoh. Spades, Persian/Babylonian. The King is inspired by a Sultan. Diamonds, Romans. The Jack is inspired by an epic Gladiator, and the King is an Legatus. Clubs, Greek. The King is a blind Prophet, that can see future. The Jack is his personal guard. Queen of Spades is a warrior of the desert, and needs a cloak to protect herself. The Queen of Clubs is a Phytia, an epic warrior priestess who protect the Island of the Sun. Jokers are very important for this deck. They are Sole, the God of the Sun, and Luna, the Goddess of the Moon. Luna's mask is on the tuck box front and Sole's masks are on the back. The powerful queens of two distant empires in war. I consider Omnia Magnifica as my most baroque deck so far.

These limited editions include the same cards as the players Editions, but will feature luxurious tuck boxes printed and embossed on premium paper with two layers of foil outside and one layer of foil inside.

Infinitum Playing Cards is a deck of cards that is both functional and beautiful: 100% hand-illustrated, precision-detailed, printed on USPCC classic crushed stock and perfect for a games night, poker night or to give as a beautiful gift.

It has been designed for the games enthusiast, the casual gamer, the collector and the cardist to be a staple go-to deck in any situation.

The deck combines elements of mortality and time to produce a dystopian infinite universe where endless power and greed (embodied by the Kings, Queens and Aces) have not only figuratively but also literally consumed the very ones who dedicated their life to it's pursuit. This theme is vividly portrayed with intricate embossed foil, bright popping colors, luxurious metallic inks and superb handling.

The Exquisite Fortuna was released during the 2019 52 Plus Joker Convention in Charlotte. It came as a surprise as Bill Kalush of Expert Playing Card Company introduced it as a collaboration with Giovanni Meroni of Thirdway Industries. The innovation of this deck is how three layers of hot foil were stamped onto the back design: (1) holographic foil, (2) gold foil, and (3) red foil. According to Kalush, the technique was developed in ten years' time due to the difficulty of the hot foil precision: three plates individually stamped onto each card, making it extraordinarily difficult to line up. The downside of this is, of course, the several failures of the printing process and resulting in the low print run which is less than 500 decks available. However, this is an ultimate piece of innovation that would be cherished by hardcore collectors and is due to become one of the rarest and highly sought out decks in the future
