THE GAME Duke Nukem Forever was in development for an unprecedented 13 years and eventually released in 2011. The developer, 3DRealms shut down and Duke is no more. These playing cards are swag from the Duke Nukem Forever booth at E3 in 1998. As game memorabilia goes, these are a very unique commodity.
