This is a "Great Russia Standard" playing cards by Piatnik. No. 1133.
Quality of paper is very good as usual for Piatnik, but the print is sort of blurry compare to a Soviet Union reprint at least.
The original design is from "Atlasnye/Satin" deck by Adolf Charlemagne made in 1860.
