A standard short deck of 32 cards and no jokers, produced by Grimaud in France in the mid 80's. The suits run Ace (high) to 7 in each suit. The courts have individuals names as follows:
Hearts: King Charles, Queen Judith, Knave Lahire
Clubs: King Alexandre, Queen Algine (sic), Knave Lancelot
Diamonds: King Cesar, Queen Rachel, Knave Hector
Spades: King David, Queen Palhas (sic), Knave Hogler (sic)
The cards are loose in a clear hard plastic two part box
