However, we at Unrivaled Decks saw past the terrifying stigma surrounding sharks and instead see them as the beautiful and powerful sea creatures that they really are. Inspired by the shark’s majesty, our deck’s theme focuses on imitating the greatness of sharks, showcasing the three most iconic sharks in the world: the hammerhead, the mako, and the great white. As artists and cardists, we felt it fitting to design an original deck stylized around our vision of sharks in completely custom, low-poly beauty. As such, we wanted to create a deck suitable for all purposes that aims to replace preconceived notions of the scary, predatory beast depicted by pop culture with the shark’s sublime beauty. Our Kickstarter-limited Origins deck pays homage to the very first concept designs for the Low Poly Sharks series. On the back design, the Origins Edition features a wireframe skeleton of our signature sharks and a low-poly crystal shatter at the center. We stripped down our design to its basic elements, simplifying the design while still maintaining the low-poly aesthetic. To celebrate the final series release of the Low Poly Sharks series, we found it fitting to include a piece of history that started it all.

Rise from the ashes like the Phoenix. Inspired by the legendary bird - The Phoenix Playing Cards takes its form by combining the colorful elements of the flame and the eternal life of the Phoenix.

The designer Adrian Valenzuela continues to bring out his masterful illustration by breaking down the feathers of the phoenix into multiple geometric shapes and infusing them to form a majestic image of the Phoenix. One can truly admire the beautiful feathers as you fan or spread the cards as if the phoenix is fiery wings in your hands.
