The deck was designed to emulate the era of the 1920s and give you a sense of speakeasies and card cheats. We didn't design this deck to keep up with modern trends, they were designed over a year as a sheer labour of love. Straying away from the generic look of modern day playing cards, we wanted you to instantly be taken back to an era of mobs and dolls, to the speak-easy, smokey bars of 1920's America.

Version 2 has Ellusionist phoenix logo on bottom of tuck w/barcode to the right of it. Right side of the tuck has "THE UNITED STATES PLAYING CARD COMPANY" and the left side has "PERFORMANCE COATING MADE IN U.S.A." Top of tuck has "POKER NO Q ❤" printed.

Unlike an earlier Bicycle zombie pack which offered tips on how to avoid a zombie attack, this Bicycle pack, published in 2013, simply displays full-length colourful and imaginative zombie cartoon figures on each of the 54 cards. The artist is Rob Sacchetto, a freelance illustrator, painter, and visual artist. He has worked in a variety of mediums including film, television, and comic books, and has been illustrating custom zombie portraits full-time since 2006. The Tragic Royalty deck features black and dark red Rider backs with grey borders and faces. They are fluorescent under black light (UV-light). All of the pips have small swirls in the corners, and the court cards have different background colours; one side has a black background with a grey or white pip (grey for normally black pips and white for normally red pips), the other side has a grey background with a black or red pip. All the faces of the court cards are custom, each with a different whimsical and ghoulish face. Comes with 2 Jokers (one of which has a guarantee print) and a custom Ace of Spades.
