Chancellor follows in the footsteps of Zenith and is possibly the most beautiful deck we have created. Inspired by a small detail on a century-old Bicycle card back, Chancellor grew into an incredibly detailed artwork, packing all of the experience and design innovations that Encarded has developed since our founding in 2011.

There will be just 1000 decks of Chancellor printed. The Chancellor tuck is incredible, with thick matte black paper, two foils and large scale, incredibly detailed blind embossing. The deck is sealed with a beautiful metallic foil seal, individually numbered and carefully designed to integrate with the tuck design.

The card backs are printed on the same Master finish stock as Zenith and features FOUR metallic inks that intertwine into a detailed, "shadow bordered" back with subtle edge details and dimension. The faces are fully custom, with a dramatic court featuring beautiful detail and unique colorations.

From the twisted minds at Gambler’s Warehouse comes this hilarious new deck that blends the sensibilities of classic pulp comics with a traditional 54-card deck. Artists Brad Foster and Blackout Brother have skewered – sometimes literally – the images of the standard court cards into buffoonish caricatures, complete with a leering joker. The custom Ace of Spades is a riotous splash of color. Each card appears against a cream-parchment coloring that suggests the “pulp” printing process that gave the deck its name.

Based on the Russian souvenier Sagulatus deck with artwork from Vyacheslav Yastremsky Sagulatus, this Branle deck has improved graphics, quality casino paper with coating and classic tuck box. Mr.Vyacheslav requested to not have his full name printed on the box or with the project so a pseudonym was used of Chelsey Trem (part of his name - vyaCHESLAV yasTREMsky).

Secret Design Features

• The sharp-eyed magicians and hustlers among you may notice that because both the back design and faces have that centre edging detail, having any reversed cards in the deck is no problem. They'll still be very difficult to identify at a glance, should you need to ;)
• The edge detail also holds an incredibly subtle one-way feature that a trained eye will have at their disposal.
• The mischievous Jokers can also be used as a creative revealing tool for magicians.
• Empire will also come with a utility card ('DB') useful for card magic or even as a cut card for poker, bridge or any other games.

These built-in features do not have any impact on the normal functionality of the deck for use in any kind of game play and merriment you desire.

The first deck we call Ascendant. Its design incorporates all the refinements that we have learned over the years and mixes those with the organic symmetry first seen in Tendril. The colors are bold, the borders are intense, the faces are dark and the level of detail has been increased.

The box is printed on a soft-touch matte black paper with incredible metallic green details and subtle gloss black foil tendrils. This deck was printed by USPCC in a limited run of less than 5,000 and will never be reprinted.

Nightfall is a mirror of the original, with much the same art and layout. We designed the original to be as if you were in the tropical rainforest, peering up at the sun through the natural habitat. Nightfall is that same view, but time-shifted to the evening, when the moon is glowing and the light is cool and dark. We subtly refined many aspects of the original design and added some visual texture and detail. Nightfall is the perfect companion to the original Tendril deck.

The box features deep blue metallic foil, debossed accents and vibrant color artwork. This deck was printed by USPCC in a limited run of 5,000 and will never be reprinted.
