The Fyodor Pavlov Tarot will be a complete deck of fully illustrated Major and Minor Arcana cards. Each card has been painstakingly researched and delicately hand-painted with ink and watercolor. The cards will have rounded corners and will be printed on 340 gsm paper. The stars on the backing designs (currently white in the mock-up) will be printed with gold metallic ink. The deck and the guidebook will come packaged in a sturdy lidded box, and the guidebook will be perfectly bound. My deck pays homage to Pamela Colman Smith’s seminal tarot illustrations, and draws inspiration from my own lived trans and queer experience and my personal interpretations of the cards. The result, I hope, is a deck that is accessible, comfortingly familiar, yet welcoming and refreshing to a new generation of diverse querents.

This Manga Tarot is a a deck connected with the Eastern imagination, as illustrated in the comics known as manga. It has attractive artwork which is in the manga/anime style (but not exaggeratedly so), and the symbolism is fairly recognisable. There is one significant change however - cards that traditionally showed a man now show a woman, and vice versa.
