Absinthe - the Green Fairy of spirits, has long been associated with the bohemian lifestyle, with famous drinkers including Picasso, Van Gogh, Hemingway, Oscar Wilde and Toulouse-Lautrec. These cards embody the allure of the emerald drink, the hallucinogenic haze, sugar crystals in the night, the Ace of Spades modelled after the filigree of the absinthe spoon. With its heavy embossing and text that pokes fun at itself, even the box appears to have had a few drinks. Printed at USPCC on the finest stock available, only 5000 of the Absinthe First Edition decks exist. Absinthe playing cards are only available in the Prohibition Box Set.

WhiteWolf - Premium Vodka that lends itself to design as stark and crisp as the Russian Tundra. Lead designer Mike Clarke took a very different angle with this deck, giving it a modern, minimalist twist. Sporting half-shaded pips and single-line drawing courts, these cards capture the purity of fine vodka itself. A speckled paper overprint on thin cotton stock give match a truly luxury feel with an otherwise austere composition. Although the brand WhiteWolf was created just for these cards, we truly believe that its magic should be bottled. This deck looks like it was created to be sold with bottles of WhiteWolf Vodka, the one deck in the Prohibition Series that comes across as commercial design. Rebellion Rum - a Pirate\\\'s first mate, comes straight from the stronghold of Tortuga. Tropical hibiscus flowers adorn the back of the cards while the faces maintain the nautical theme. The inside of the tuck is printed with a maritime map, while the Ace of Spades takes the form of a Parrot and its raised wings. Like all the Prohibition decks, Rebellion Rum is printed on the finest stock USPCC has available, with no expense spared in the production of these cards - foiled, embossed, interior printed, custom seal - anything that could be done to this deck to make it feel like you were holding some serious bounty, has been done. Moonshine - the spirit of the Appalachians, kept thousands of speakeasy\'s in business during the \'20s, and no Prohibition set would be complete without this sweet, illegal corn liquor. Famous Moonshiners like Rooster Kelley made a name for themselves producing these illegal spirits - and we\'ve chosen to highlight some of these characters in the court cards of the Moonshine deck. The tuck box has been kept simple, but refined, made from a high-quality recycled cardboard, with the Moonshine logo printed and raised in the most precise embossing we\'ve ever seen on a deck of cards. The \'XXX\' on the box and back design indicate this Moonshine has been triple-distilled, yielding a clean, pure spirit - appropriate given the smooth performance of these cards. 52Proof Whiskey is as American as apple pie. The giant oak tree on the front of the tuck box and seal a symbol of the aging process for fine bourbon, matured in charred oak barrels to develop the distinct smoky flavour. This oak motif continues throughout the cards, from the Ace of Spades right around to the back design. While bars before prohibition were predominantly male domains, in the 1920\'s many women flocked to speakeasies in their best flapper attire. We\'ve taken inspiration from images of the era to design the court cards, the art-deco look very in-vogue at the time. The Gold Foil stamping on the outside of the tuck and luxurious red satin-finished interior makes 52Proof one of the most gorgeous boxes we\'ve ever produced - and it\'s only available in the Prohibition Box Set.

Disparos - Spanish for \'shots\', is how tequila should be consumed. Taking inspiration from the vaqueros and gunslingers of the Mexican old west, the tequila deck is a piece of history. The block printing design and false-edge border gives these cards a rustic look, the kind you\'d expect to find regularly laying about on a three-legged wood table in the local cantina, stained with condensation rings from the cold tequila glasses. No detail has been overlooked with this design, despite the look of the paper, it is the highest quality stock available, finished with Performance Coating for that distinct Ellusionist Deck feel. Jokers show the before and after scenes of the classic tequila shot and an ad card describes how those over the age of 21 can get in on the action. With embossed sugar skulls, duelling pistols and custom everything, these are shots of Tequila you won\'t regret in the morning. Killer Bees are the mutant hybrid of timid European honey bees and their African cousins.  Like all superhero stories, the Killers were introduced to Brazil by mad scientists to help re-populate their diminishing Bee population.  But no-one could contain them... In 1957, 26 swarms escaped quarantine and declared war on the western hemisphere.  Danger lurking in the skies, these villains will stalk their victims for up to 1/2 a mile..  We wanted to capture the darker bodies of these cold-face killers in our deck. Creating a harsh black back with toxic-waste yellow honeycomb spilt on the back.  The black faces display custom pips and hold a sinister simplicity. Like something you'd expect to see on a discarded barrel of methylamine.  Killer Bees are the result of an unsanctioned lab experiment when toxic-waste spilled into a delicate hive of Honey Bees.
