A World of Color THE OUTER PACKAGING The box packaging is printed using antique letterpress machines dating back to the 1960’s - with six layers of vibrant color, embossed for a unique tactile sensation. The front face features the Skull & Roses at center, with custom composition surrounding.

The Back Design AND THE ACES Featuring the unmistakable Steal Your Face logo in the middle, the back design encapsulates iconic imagery that Dead Heads have come to know and love over many decades. The terrapins play their tune, and the dancing bears swing to every note. The aces also feature stunning full-art design, complete with logos and mascots that are cemented in the band’s history.

A Court of Colors JACKS, QUEENS AND KINGS The court cards are simply jaw-dropping. Continuing the use of iconic logos and mascots - bears, terrapins, and skeletons are prominently featured in vibrant detail. Every inch of the deck is fully custom, including the font style and design of each individual suit.

Every aspect of the cards is 100% made in America, using FSC-certified paper infused with hemp fibers on the tuck case packaging. The cards are safely sealed within, with an ivory matte sticker seal featuring the Stealie skull.

Ice core data from Greenland and Antarctica show a steady natural increase and decrease of CO2 ppm levels throughout the last 800,000 years. In around 1950 we reached a level of atmospheric CO2 that hasn't been seen since before humans walked the planet. Since then, we've added an extra 24% to that mark. A 24% jump usually takes about 25-60 thousand years to happen naturally, we did it in 68 years. This is causing a chain reaction of global events. One of those chain reactions bring drier weather, droughts in woodland areas, less cloud cover, and longer/stronger fire seasons. Trees create more low clouds and low clouds help keep the planet cooler as it reflects energy from the sun, while higher clouds increase the heat. Trees are also are our natural line of defense against CO2 buildup and we keep losing more and more trees. Join us in our fight to improve the living quality of our planet. Faunae (pl. fauna) are the non-human (animal) beings with whom we share our world. Each species is completely varied and unique, and within each species, the beings are as diverse as humans. By observing and interacting with the faunae around us, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves, the roles we each play, and our connection to all life. In this way, faunae can serve as archetypes for humanity. This deck comes in 2 editions. This deck has become a classic for our studio since its first release in 2013 and was the inspiration for what was to become a groundbreaking tarot, "The Pagan Otherworlds." We thought it would be a wonderful homage to the Pagan series to print a limited edition of this deck using our PO courts. We've also given the back and tuck box a royal purple hue to compliment this special release!
