Art of Play is proud to present a shuffled gallery of surrealist fantasy, unlike any other deck of playing cards the world has ever seen. Cabinetarium is a collection of 55 original works hand-drawn by award-winning illustrator Armando Veve.

Veve's fantastic creatures, absurd objects, and exotic fantasies combine to create a singular vision—a mythic assemblage of ideas that will stir the imagination and quicken the pulse. Browse through the illustrations and marvel at a mastery of craft that evokes echoes of Bosch, Escher, and Dali.

Ventus Playing Cards were designed specifically for card flourishing. The semi-borderless back design resembles a vortex and produces gorgeous fans. Contra Ventus is the 4th version in the line with a Blue/Orange/Gray colorway. -Get Good

I went to my barber to get a haircut some time ago. During this session, he asked me about the card collecting addiction I have. I explained to him that I'm a magician, which lead to collecting playing cards. He also asked about my I'mPossible Bottles. As I sat there getting my hair cut, I rummaged through my brain on which deck I could bottle for him to display on his station.

Nothing came to mind.

I wondered if there was a barber/stylist themed deck. I saw a few that were themed around facial hair but that's really not about barbers and hair stylists. After searching Portfolio52, Google, ebay and other sources, I couldn't find anything.

This was my inspiration.

I've always loved the vintage look of classic barbershop logos and their storefront. The letter styling with all the embellishments and ornamentation were always beautiful to me. This is what I wanted to capture within Fresh Cuts.

My wife and I decided to dedicate a lot of time to this idea. The hardest part was to find that perfect "logo" that said Fresh Cuts and had that classic vibe. After weeks and weeks of drawing and playing waste-ketball, we finally rested on, what we think is, the perfect logo.

The Planets is a collection of decks representing the planets in our solar system, starting closest to the sun and moving outwards into the surrounding universe. This is the most luxurious Vanda deck series to date. The seventh deck of this series is Uranus, featuring skybound creatures with winglike feathered gills on the sides of their heads.

Uranus is the god of the sky and thus tied to the constellations formed by stars and the signs of the zodiac. Each of the 12 court cards include a zodiac sign incorporated into their clothes. Suit assignments for each sign follow the traditional Tarot associations.

Elemental Playing Cards are an homage to the simple beauty of the periodic table - and a nod towards the many ways it mirrors a deck of playing cards. Elements from the periodic table can be rearranged to form any substance in the known universe, each with their own unique properties; playing cards can be rearranged and placed in different orders and sequences to create different playing card hands. Both feature symbols and numbers. And both live within an order and structure. Elemental Playing Cards exists to explore these similarities. The Oxygen Deck takes its inspiration from the 8th element on the periodic table as well as magic. The court cards take advantage of the different ways oxygen is used, and the jokers are meant to bridge the gap between science and magic by showcasing a magician performing the famous water tank escape.

Lavender playing cards is the 4th installment in OccupiedCo’s series of decks. Only 850 decks made and 500 available for sale. Bottom of tuck states "edition of 1000". Bottom of tuck box misprinted as "lavemder" instead of "lavender".

The back design features the vibrant, colorful stripes along with a surrounding thin Pantone silver metallic border. The cards are printed by the United States Playing Card Co. on a Premium (Bee®) Crushed Stock and are Traditionally cut.

The traditional Court cards are modified with varying colors throughout the entire deck, and the letters/numbers utilize the custom striped font.

The cards are enclosed in a bright red soft-touch tuck. The tuck is embossed, debossed, and letter-pressed with transparent pigment to create a unique look and feel. In addition to the tactical features, the box is hot stamped with holographic foil. All sealed off with a striped seal that carries onto the back design.
