Created in collaboration with artist Dan Frederickson,, each uncut sheet, measuring 22 x 26.5 inches, features Ross Bertram’s photo of Vernon, reimagined through the text of The Expert at The Card Table. The reverse, playing cards one through fifty-two, is a reproduction of the Bee® brand deck Erdnase would have used at the turn of the century. Each uncut sheet is paired with a signed and numbered certificate in the form of a deck of cards. Additionally included are a museum-grade placard, letter pressed and fit for a gallery, and a playing card featuring a facsimile of Vernon’s signature and his age old mantra: “be natural.” Join us as we invite you to hang history on the wall - a true work of art and a constant source of inspiration. Signed and numbered edition of 500.

NOTE - The front of the uncut sheet has standard deck faces and the uncut was meant to show the back which in uncut form has this portrait, as a result the uncut back is considered the front for this entry.

In conjunction with Season 3 of the International Cardistry Open (ICO) this year, Expert Playing Card Co. and Kardify are releasing a commemorative ICO deck to celebrate the tournament’s third year of existence. This bold and eye-catching deck has been meticulously designed by artist Brendan Hong, who is well known for the gorgeous Hive and Dynasty Playing Cards.

Absolut deck is a promotional deck for Absolut Vodka. The second name of the deck is 10 Recipes - the deck containes 10 drink recipies inside. Printed on a very thin single stock.

These reprints of Arrco Tahoes were produced by Dealing Deuces, an online store/community for magic. They are printed on Aristocrat stock with an Air Cushion finish, and in quantities of 2500 sets of the Black and White editions. The red and blue decks come wrapped in foil with a numbered seal as a tribute to the originals. They are traditionally cut and have all standard Arrco faces, including the Ace of Spades and the 2 Jokers. The Black edition comes with a blank faced gaff card and a double backed gaff card, while the White edition comes with 2 double backed gaff cards (one of which has one black side).

After having created several modern original decks of playing cards I have recently been inspired from playing cards from the past. And in this campaign I will present you 2 amazing examples of semi-transformation playing cards from the late 19th century.
