Monarch Eleven Madison Park Edition playing cards were a single production run with an original tax stamp (jagged) seal and then a replacement smooth seal when the small inventory of tax stamp seals became unavailable at the time. There is only a V1 edition since the tuck box design and playing cards are identical, but rather the small number of jagged tax stamp seals were used first and then the more abundant and available smooth seals were used second when the jagged tax stamp seals were temporarily unavailable . These were printed specifically for Eleven Madison Park, a high end restaurant in New York City that was ranked #1 in the world in 2017, and is consistently ranked in the top 10 in the world. This deck is a custom variation based on Silver Monarch playing cards. The House of the Rising Spade is a place built for your imagination: an esoteric realm full of mysteries built for cartomancers, cardists, magicians, collectors, dreamers, and card enthusiasts. Cartomancer has a tarot feeling. The aces have a magick sigil, the borders of the 54 faces are in gold. The Gatekeeper variant is a limited edition that will have the same cards as Cartomancer, its own tuckbox, a commemorative card with number and signature, and a miniature of the gate in painted resin. Through the cutout on the tuck-box you can see the gate, and through the opening of the gate can you see the number.
