My name is Rich Li, and I am a magician and graphic designer from New York City. There are three things that I absolutely love: Sleight of Hand, Graphic Design, & FAST FOOD! I have been performing sleight of hand for more than 5 years now, and I thought to myself, why not combine all my hobbies together and create my very first deck of playing cards. After countless trials and errors, I have illustrated what I think combines the fast food culture with playing cards - Welcome to FFP! The Fast Food Playing Cards.

Combining fast food culture with Li's love of sleight of hand and graphic design, the newly dubbed Fast Food Playing card company (FPP) brings the French Fries and Tomato Ketchup playing card decks as a first offering. Successfully funded via Kickstarter in 2021, Rich Li has designed the French Fries and Tomato Ketchup Playing Cards to be a sleight of hand artist's tool while providing some excellent eye candy.

The best friend of a pack of fries is the ketchup, and I have never eaten a pack of fries without ketchup on it. The tuck case of the ketchup is designed to include everything you might see on a ketchup pack, but with more hidden details. This particular edition is the red gilded version.

The Bicycle Glider Back deck is a 100% custom deck of playing cards featuring origami-inspired artwork. The back design has paper gliders in an appealing geometric layout against a vibrant blue background. The traditional-looking back also contains a devious but easy-to-learn coded marking system that allows you to identify the suit and value of each card.

We sent a sample deck to one of the world's foremost experts on marked cards, but we didn't explain the system to him. His first response was, "I tried to work it out with the riffle test - couldn't see ANYTHING - I did eventually work it out but d*** that is well hidden. I was starting to wonder if you were winding me up!"

So before you view the instructions on how to read the cards, see if you can figure out the system on your own!

The court and spot cards are designed to look as if they've been folded out of paper, and the whole package is contained in a striking custom tuck box with a custom seal.

Printed in the USA on traditionally-cut Classic stock with embossed Magic finish by the United States Playing Card Company, Bicycle Glider Back playing cards are printed using vegetable-based inks and starch-based laminates on FSC-certified paper sourced from sustainable forests. The deck is also in glorious full color, both front and back. Each card is richly illustrated with 1 or more parrots. In another improvement, the deck will also be printed by the United States Playing Card Company.

Nearly every genus from the Psittaciforme order is shown in the cards, which are organized by region. The Spades show parrots from South America, The Hearts show parrots from Australia. The Clubs feature parrots from Indonesia and the Pacific Islands, and finally, the Diamonds show parrots from Africa, mainland Asia, and the Philippines (there's a bit of overlap between the Clubs and Diamonds).

Every card has a unique illustration, with 1 to 10 parrots on it, corresponding with the card number. The courts are illustrated in the classic style with mirrored faces. Please note gilding may wear off with regular use.

Live the essence of the great bullfights through these decks inspired by the popular festival born in Spain. The big bulls in the aces jump into the ring and fight for their survival against the brave toreadors armed with capes, spears and swords on the court cards or the picadors in the jokers. Metallic gold and silver inks help show off the majestic costumes and intricate design elements.

All of the characters are fictional so feel free to make up your own back story.

This fully custom deck is suitable for all uses whether it be a game of poker, performing some card magic with the included gaff cards or just showing off your cardistry moves. Only 1,000 of each were printed so it makes a great collector's item too!
