When Thirdway Industries produces a limited deck there is usually some overproduction (2-300 extra decks usually) that are wrapped without the seal. These are occasionally sold as part of bundles, on special occasions like Black Friday, or upon request for a reduced price.

Three new custom decks of the Omnia Series by Thirdway Industries, designed by Giovanni Meroni and proudly printed by Expert Playing Cards Co. with Classic Finish. 

Based on the ancestors of the first Omnia, these decks will throw you in the Golden Age of the Omnia universe, full of treasures, heroes and war. The legendary, remote past of the Omnia Universe, full of God and Heroes. When everything started.

• Omnia Magnifica hearts, Egyptian. The King is inspired by a divine Pharaoh. Spades, Persian/Babylonian. The King is inspired by a Sultan. Diamonds, Romans. The Jack is inspired by an epic Gladiator, and the King is an Legatus. Clubs, Greek. The King is a blind Prophet, that can see future. The Jack is his personal guard. Queen of Spades is a warrior of the desert, and needs a cloak to protect herself. The Queen of Clubs is a Phytia, an epic warrior priestess who protect the Island of the Sun. Jokers are very important for this deck. They are Sole, the God of the Sun, and Luna, the Goddess of the Moon. Luna's mask is on the tuck box front and Sole's masks are on the back. The powerful queens of two distant empires in war. I consider Omnia Magnifica as my most baroque deck so far.

Funded as a Kickstarter project on July 2, 2015 with $44,147 pledged from 784 backers, this was a set of three decks (Illumina, Oscura & Suprema). Designed by Giovanni Meroni through Thirdway Industries, this deck was inspired by ancient symbology and traditional playing cards, drawn with the Thirdway Industries sharp and modern style.

Delirium Absolute, the Collector's Edition of Delirium Ascension has the same cards as Delirium Ascension, but with a different, premium tuck box. The premium tuck box will be made by a new company, and since it's an experiment, it will be extremely limited. I've decided to made only 777 of them and it's designed mainly for Kickstarter backers. Alexandra and the Almighty are two new cards, included in every Ascension and Absolute decks. They're "art cards" that can be used as Jokers. Read the "lore" section to know more about them.

Everyone has an immortal spirit, who lives forever. The Prince of Owl has an heroic spirit. Everyone will remember his valor forever. Brave and cruel beyond limits. He's my hero, as well. The Owl King is proud, but scared. His son is risking his life. If he doesn't survive, the depths will take his soul. The Prince of Labyrinth had a short life. But his ambition will be immortal. Not wise, but brave. The King of Labyrinth is a true genius. Everything and everyone is connected to him. Yes, Traveller, he's the one. The Taurus Prince's death caused the war between Taurus and Owl. He was valiant, but another hero clouded his reputation. Taurus King will be furious for eternity. He was the most powerful man, but he couldn't do anything against a Genius and an Hero. His spouse will be forever ashamed. The God of War was watching from a distance. He wanted more violence, but his sister was keeping him busy. Love, or Wisdom? The God of Lightning is the God of Gods. Powerful, crazy and without limits. Many are his sons. The Goddess of Faith was betrayed a lot of times. But she always had vengance. Poison and snakes are her favourite weapon. The Problem was solved. Imprisoned by a genius, betrayed by his sister, killed by an hero. Now his human soul is finally free. The Solution is happy, now. She forgot everything, she stands by the God of Wine. She will be remembered as a Goddess as well.

(NY, USA) on casino grade paper stock with their Classic Finish coating. While the campaign is run from here in Stockholm and is in Swedish crowns (SEK), the rewards will be fulfilled from the US.The choice of the name Gemini is based on the peculiarity of the court cards (JQK). At first glance the figures of each card look perfectly symmetrical, but they are not. I depicted them as twins (Gemini in latin) but they are not identical, so you will see small differences when you look closely. I thought that the Gemini zodiac sign would fit this idea, so it gets a bit astrological in its design. The archetype of Gemini is fascinating and intriguing.

With this deck, I wanted a classical, medieval feeling. The aces are depicted as axes and the figures on the court cards interact with their own pip, which becomes part of the illustration. The pips (2 to 10) are big and they take a lot of space. I used an unconventional index, which is horizontal instead of vertical. I used a prototype for testing and found that it is very playable and easy to read, especially for Burraco.

Gemini was made available as 3 different decks:

Gemini Terra: sienna back, tuck-box with embossing, copper and gold foil on thick black paper.

Gemini Ignis: red back, tuck-box with embossing, red and gold foil on thick black paper.

Funded as a Kickstarter project on March 19, 2015 with kr462,035 (Swedish Krona, which is about $57k USD) pledged from 1,015 backers, this was the Kickstarter attempt at funding this project after the failed CardLauncher (cardlauncher.com) platform attempt, where that platform has since been abandoned.  In that process an earlier protoype (V.01) was created as a prototype and also as a promotional deck for CardLauncher itself which had 55 cards with black and white courts, different tuck-box, different aces, and was printed by MakePlayingCards in 525 units. 

For this project the deck was revised with new and modified face cards, back and tuck and was available in Bicycle branded, unbranded, plus a special Crown Edition hand created tuckcase with the same size and face cards.  It was printed by USPCC on Bicycle Stock with 56 cars including 3 jokers and a gaff card with a custom seal and embossed tuck used on both decks.  The deck as also available as an add-on in uncut format.  In addition, mini and micro formats were available as gifts with larger sized tiers which were printed by MPC (MakePlayingCards.com).

There is no specific theme in this deck, it´s quite eclectic and I let my fantasy run when I illustrated the courts. The diamonds have clearly an Egyptian resemblance, but overall they belong to a parallel world. There is a thing that connects all the court cards: the text circling the background is a part of the Aeneid, a Latin epic poem written by Virgil between 29 and 19 BC, that tells the legendary story of Aeneas, a Trojan who traveled to Italy, where he became the ancestor of the Romans.

The court cards are based on the theme of the whole deck of cards: Pirate's revenge, and it portrays twelve completely different pirate images. They are brothers who are ruthlessly abandoned by the black beard. Although they have turned into skull, the vengeance is fierce and fierce. The action is vivid, and the gloomy picture allows you to cool back.

The Sons of Liberty operated in the shadows, leaving secret signals, passing hidden messages, and meeting in the dead of night. However, people soon rallied with them, and their cause to resist British oppression quickly spread throughout the colonies.

These playing cards embody the spirit of freedom that the Sons of Liberty fought for, featuring Freemason symbols, the Liberty Tree, and many other secret images.
