STRONGHOLD MMXX SPECIAL CRIMSON

GAMBLER'S WAREHOUSE is proud to present the latest creation by SHAPE SHIFTERS: STRONGHOLD MMXX, a deck designed with care and a deep respect for traditional playing cards but with a Modern and Elegant Touch.

The backs in red/blue, black and gold/copper shows the cross and the sword, symbols from the Templar imagery, in an elaborate symmetrical composition. That symbology is also present in both jokers.

Oversized Aces are perfectly identifiable for game or magic and are fully customized with detailed patterns.

The traditional structure has also been kept in the numbered cards and in the poses of the Court Characters. Kings, Queens and Knights with their armour are ready for the fight. The delicacy of the details creates stylized illustrations full of beauty.

Two extra cards show a nice diptych with elaborate and detailed elements.

Many of our Backers have expressed interest in wanting the Geung Si Torpor deck which was initially a stretch goal from Vampire Playing Cards Campaign. We did not manage to unlock the Geung Si Torpor Stretch Goal. Designed by Jody Eklund and written by Ricky Cassford, this allegory – years before The Events at Umbra Ridge, told through the Luminosity Deck – creatively illustrates the journey from shadow into light, or – if you will – from Umbra to Luminosity.

The journey to escape Umbra though comprised of rifts and chasms also includes enlightenment and revelation. Would you help bring this project out of the shadows? Would you support the enlightenment of Umbra?
