The Rose Deck will have a limited print run of only 1,000 decks through the United States Playing Card Company. Of those, 850 will be made available to Backers during the campaign. The tuck case features a front gate in the foreground welcoming you to the Rose House, with an Anglo feel informing the lettering. The deck back features design elements prevalent in Renaissance architecture and various royal palaces. In the center is the Rose window, with shading used throughout the design to add layers of depth, highlighted by gold accents. For the Courts, we've used a painting-style approach, reflecting the popular trend of the aristocracy to immortalize itself in portraiture during the height of European monarchy. We wanted each Court character's expression to tell a different story, whether it be Intrigue, seduction, or political scheming - all elements found in the parlors and reception rooms at a royal palace.
