Killer Bees are the mutant hybrid of timid European honey bees and their African cousins.  Like all superhero stories, the Killers were introduced to Brazil by mad scientists to help re-populate their diminishing Bee population.  But no-one could contain them... In 1957, 26 swarms escaped quarantine and declared war on the western hemisphere.  Danger lurking in the skies, these villains will stalk their victims for up to 1/2 a mile..  We wanted to capture the darker bodies of these cold-face killers in our deck. Creating a harsh black back with toxic-waste yellow honeycomb spilt on the back.  The black faces display custom pips and hold a sinister simplicity. Like something you'd expect to see on a discarded barrel of methylamine.  Killer Bees are the result of an unsanctioned lab experiment when toxic-waste spilled into a delicate hive of Honey Bees.

While most backers of this KickStarter project did not receive their decks until August 2016 (19 months late - due to creator and alleged fulfilment company issues), the deck was produced in July 2015

The Verana Deck represents Summer in the beautiful 4-deck Seasons series. The back displays a gorgeous illustration of in full bloom accented with metallic ink. The summer collection displays elegance with gold foiling and embossing throughout the tuck box. Ellusionist information: In 2012, Peter McKinnon and Daniel Madison collaborated on a video project in the dry lake-beds of Las Vegas, not quite realising at that time such a simple meeting of two creative minds would lead them to The KINGS deck. Whenever Peter and Daniel work together, waves are made and a unique creative vessel is opened. The Kings deck is the ultimate representation of their joint creative forces. Peter and Daniel spent a lot of time brainstorming, designing and creating their ideal deck of cards… Cards that would be fit for Kings. Peter and Daniel were meticulous and scrupulous with their requirements for the deck. They tested numerous stocks and finishes until they found and created a unique Kings finish and stock. The cards were traditionally cut to further advance gambling techniques, they are sturdy yet flexible enough for cardistry and sleight-of-hand. They wanted a box that would look like a block of gold - direct from the Kings share - with a deck of cards perfectly designed to cater for both minimalistic beauty and a stunning design, but it didn’t stop there… Peter and Daniel decided to make the Kings deck a secret weapon right out of the box… Readily stacked in Mnemonic AND fully marked so that not only would the performer be able to identify every singe card in the deck by the back alone, but also have the ability perform instant Mnemonic miracles. They added a double-backer and two unique and personalised jokers, and on top of that, they lost the ad-card and replaced it with an Angle Z Gaff card. Two years in the making, Peter and Daniel returned to Las Vegas to celebrate their creation and film a heist that would represent their collaborative brilliance.

Blood Kings by Daniel Madison & Peter McKinnon are the last in the Kings series of playing cards. Dealers Playing Cards contain a Daniel Madison marking system. With each deck, you will receive a downloadable movie teaching the system. Marked decks can cost between $20-$30, but Daniel wishes to offer his system at the price of a normal deck of cards as you can see above. Dealers in Erdnase Green use the exact pantone color of the book Expert at the Card Table by S. W. Erdnase. As used in 1902, these playing cards utilize an edge-to-edge borderless casino "gambling house" design. If you are worried about double lifts etc, perhaps it's time to stop relying on white borders to hide inefficiencies. These cards will help you to get good at what you do. Madison has used the edge-to-edge design for that single purpose since he was a teenager taking people's money in real games. We cannot emphasize enough. Limited Edition of Dealers Series. Borderless From Daniel Madison's personal supply, Scarlet Dealers were produced in a limited print run of just 2500 decks. Held to the exact same demanding printing requirements as those used on Erdnase Green Dealers, Scarlets were printed for Daniel Madison's use only. On initial launch of Madison Dealers, just 405 Scarlet Decks were released as gifts to a few lucky customers who purchased 12 or more of the Erdnase Green decks. A NOTE FROM DANIEL MADISON: Purple and Limited-Edition Orange will be the last two decks ever created in the Madison Logo Series. When faced with the challenge of making a new Madison deck I wanted to dare to be different and do something that would take everybody by surprise. Minimalistic and monochrome are two words that have become synonymous with my image and style and I wanted to change that with the Madison Hustlers; I wanted to take a risk and create something very much on the outside of my comfort zone. I chose two colors that had never been used before on playing cards; a purple that’s approaching pink and an orange as bright as I could find - two colors perfect for summertime madness. Heavily inspired by the casinos of the 50’s and 60’s, I wanted to create something that wouldn’t look out of place in the original Ocean’s 11 film. In line with the previous Madison decks, the design revolves around the M logo, which although appears four times in the design, you never see a complete logo
