E & S manufactured games and magic from around 1935. These cards were made from that period until the early seventies. Alf Cooke apparently made them, under the E & S name. They are a marked deck. There was at least 2 styles of jokers. The set also came in red. 52 cards and 2 jokers.
The deck is marked in the top left circular pattern, to identify both the suit and the number.
