The Wolves & Crows of Chernobyl are those who dare to put their own existence at great risk by venturing deep into the Exclusion Zone in the search for valuable artifacts. The twelve jacks, queens and kings are all portrayed as daring, male survivors and explorers. Illustrated by hand and - so far - identical within the two editions. Cards are printed on higher grade 310gsm german linen finish.

Black Market Series Deck VETERAN (LIMITED EDT = 1,000 decks) has a striking appearance with deep black and piercing red ink contrasts for the suits. Court cards have 12 imaginary legends portrayed in black and white illustrations. The 'veterans' are iconic rangers of a post-apocalyptic world that seek to regain peace, balance and prosperity. All pips have sharp stars in them for ornamentation.

LEGENDARY is a tribute to a feral court that once roamed the Eastern European wilderness before the apocalypse. The pips are delicately detailed and placed in an orderly and symmetric manor of high contrast to the extremity of the mammal court, featuring the lynx, boar, wolf and bear, all drawn by hand. The traditional red color of the hearts and diamonds suits are represented with an orange ink which really makes this deck as bold as it is beastly. AMBASSADOR is an extremely limited, numbered, and kickstarter exclusive, noble deck of high contrast black and white design. An opulent orange ink is used for the hearts and diamonds suits and represent the one and only actual color in this deck. Sharp and highly detailed crowns present the court cards with the suit diagrams implemented in the design. This deck is only made in 120 copies and has the owners name on the front of the tuck box. The end of the world. The Dystopian Deck started as a question: what would magic, cardistry and playing cards look like at the end of the world? Then I realized: perhaps Dystopia is not the future. Perhaps it is now. As well as the images of oppression, I also wanted to capture the raw sense of rebellion and uprising through the smog of this bleak society the deck comes from. This is a deck from a world, where freedom is frowned upon, the people are being silenced and stripped of the necessity for free speech, free lives and happiness. The court cards are the leaders of the deck, and in this post-pandemic scenario, the leaders are either blinded or unable to speak out. A deck by Cavan Booth.
