Soundboard Playing Cards were first produced by Patrick Varnavas in 2014 and then released in 2015. With the first edition printed blue and the second edition printed red, we are now introducing the newest edition - The Soundboard Midnight Edition. The Soundboard deck was created to celebrate vintage audio gear like 80s cassette players and gramophones. This time with the Midnight Edition, we are bringing in a sleeker look combining elements such as equipment that creates a harmonious setup. The design is detailed and easy to stare, finding a balance between simplicity and complexity. Illustrated by Stuart Palm, the back design has been in favours of the modern style with touches from the classics. The Soundboard Midnight Edition will be printed by USPCC with Silver Metallic Ink on their Bee Crushed Stock. Limited to 2500 Decks. The second iteration of Technique has been three years in the making and it has gone through multiple design iterations to get it just right. This version is designed to compliment everyday clothing and modern style. With its desert tones, this "Camel" edition will quickly become a staple in your everyday carry.

The deck consists of 5 back designs with a rotating border of color. Each color is parallel to its mate. The location of these colors are based on the most common edge grips used in Cardistry. Since each back is a one way, if you rotate it 180 degrees, you get another back design! 10 in total!

The basic use of Technique is to pick one (or more) of the five colors on the back and that is your contact point. Each time you break off a new packet, you reveal a new back design and also a new location for your chosen color! This forces you to contact only that color and ends up putting you into random, new positions and creating new movements every time you break off a new packet!

Beware, the Sharks are here! The Shark playing card is inspired by the king of the seas - The Great White Shark. The designer Adrian Valenzuela extended the Shark's body throughout the sides of the box as if it was lurking out of the deep ocean. The Shark's fin seamlessly connects when you fan out or spread the cards, forming an image of the Shark making its way out of the deck. Andrian breaks down the Shark into multiple geometric shapes, giving the Shark a realistic scale-like skin. Combined with the word 'Shark' colored in red, it reminds us to keep an eye out the deep blue.

Inspired in an ancient mythologic symbol the "CHAKANA" that represents the path from the terrenal world "Kay Pacha" to the celestial world where the god habits called "Hanan Pacha". These words are in Quechua usually called Runasimi (the peoples languages) is an indigenous language family spoken by the Quechua peoples, primarily living in the Peruvian Andes and highlands of South America.

The Shaman is a healer who moves into an altered state of consciousness to access a hidden reality in the spirit world for purposes of bringing back healing, power, and information.

The word "Shaman" means "one who sees in the dark" (the hidden realities), and widely refers to those who are medicine women/men, healers, and seers. Shamans believe that all problems, physical, emotional or mental, have their root cause in a spiritual imbalance.

A shaman works to restore balance and wholeness by addressing the root cause of the problem. Many methods are used in shamanic healing they use the Chakana for this purpouse, including soul retrieval, retrieval of a spiritual ally, removal of unwanted energies, soul remembering, ancestral work and hands on healing.

The Vanity deck is based off of the famous "Vanity Fair" transformation deck copyrighted in 1895. The Faro deck is based off of the Russel & Morgan Squared Faro first printed in 1887. The Faro deck was supplied to casinos for the game of faro and is more of a "workers" deck while the Vanity deck would be considered more of a "novelty" deck. This is an artistic deck for the love of cards and the art from the bible, not for a gambling aid. Gambling is considered a sin among Christian and many religions, the concept of using the images of saints and biblical characters - and one could say double so of the family of Jesus and Abraham - in order to act out such a sin could be considered blasphemous and insulting to the religion. This was a significant consideration whilst building this deck, but my mind was settled when conducting my research; I found the Catholic Church of England & Wales themselves use the image of Jesus as the King of Hearts and using cards to help the youth to reflect on their relationships. Ethnicity was another consideration, and has been discussed in some length with religious and scholarly experts. I decided to stay in line with traditional western interpretations of the Bible characters as I have based my cards on my own experiences of the Bible. Some of the best art in the world is inspired by, or directly taken from the bible, and whilst this deck may not be up there with the masters, I hereby present you with my deck: Testament, a classic styled deck for the collector. This is the most luxurious Vanda deck series to date. The seventh deck of this series is Uranus, featuring skybound creatures with winglike feathered gills on the sides of their heads.

Uranus is the god of the sky and thus tied to the constellations formed by stars and the signs of the zodiac. Each of the 12 court cards include a zodiac sign incorporated into their clothes. Suit assignments for each sign follow the traditional Tarot associations.

The sixth deck of this series is Saturn. This is the most luxurious Vanda deck series to date, with tuckbox features that include gold holographic foil, white foil, interior foiling, and embossing.

Saturn is considered to rule Capricorn, which is symbolized by the goat, hence the goat-like beings represented in the Saturn court cards. The Jacks allude to Saturn, and its Greek counterpart Cronus, being associated with the passing of time and relevance to the harvest seasons. Notice that the hats worn by the Jacks are shaped like the planet itself. Look closely and you'll find other symbolism woven into the illustrations of the courts.

From the artist: "Jupiter was named after god of the sky and thunder and king of the gods in Ancient Roman religion and mythology. The Romans regarded Jupiter as the equivalent of Greek Zeus.

"So, I want this creature to be strong and powerful. There's a story in Greek mythology when Zeus metamorphosed into a beautiful white bull. I took this as an inspiration. But I didn't want just to draw an ordinary bull, more like a creature that resembles a bull. The crown is big and beautiful, because Jupiter is king of the gods. Now, the one eye. On the actual planet, the Jupiter's great red eye (or the red spot) was my inspiration. So, just like the planet has one big eye, so do the creatures living in it. I think it's nice symbolism."
