This deck should be known as Fulton's October Again as stated on the back of one of the diptych cards shown in the Gallery (V1 was 2013, V2 was 2014 and V3 was 2020). This deck has a new back and a slightly different tuck pic with a witch now in the chase. The KoH is still the original but the other repeating kings are a new 'Pumpkin head'.
