The 2021 Black Reserve Note by Kings Wild Project has been redesigned as compared to to the original Black Reserve note playing cards. The black reserve note playing cards now have a more minimalist design on the tuck case and updated, intricate artwork on the cards.

The deck features a diptych joker of Jackson's rendition of George Washington Crossing the Deleware and in the background is the script from the Declaration of Independence.

The face of the cards features silver foiling and KW watermark seals. The back design has both silver foiling and red foiling on the border to help emphasize the more intricate details throughout the design.
