This mini deck measures 58mm x 38mm and was printed in "British" Hong Kong, which would date it pre-1997 (likely well before). The spade ace logo is identical to the Skore MLB baseball team decks of the 1980s, which were first printed in Hong Kong and then Taiwan. It has a cardboard tuck box which is somewhat larger than, but reminiscent of, a matchbook. The joker design is similar to the children's decks of the time, with a clown holding balloons and the hands of children.
