This is the 2017 edition of Tiger Beer's Chinese New Year Promotional deck of playing cards. The design seems to have been used in 2001, but no details are printed on the tuck case. Surprisingly this deck has a linen finish, so you can do fans and the design goes well with fans. All standard courts and pips but it comes with 4 jokers, all with the same tuck design on the cards, but with a white background.
