"No matter how many times lush grass withers in cold winter, it will always thrive once again in spring." 

These words were written 1,300 years ago by the Tang Dynasty poet 白居易(Bai Juyi). Just like grass, we as human will experience ups and downs. When bad time comes, never give up, fight and wait for the opportunity. Everyone has the power to turn downs into ups. 

These are the basic concepts we have when designing this deck of playing cards.

Features

• Bicycle branded; limited of 2,500 decks
• Manufactured by the United States Playing Card Company, embossed finish (aka magic, air-cushion, linen finish, or performance coating)
• 54 fully customized playing cards. Including 2 Jokers (one with reveal), 1 ad card with a painting of nature and 1 double backer.
• Marked deck. You don't need to learn any new marking system -- you just know the card by a glance at the back.
• Numbered Seal. All decks are numbered.

From the makers of the Unrest Series of playing cards comes a new exciting series based on life and death. This series focuses on several historical events where life and death was a major factor. In this case, we honor the historic ship known simply as RMS Titanic.

Funded as a Kickstarter project on October 29, 2014  with $37,460 pledged from 582 backers, this was available in a Life and Death tuck options (each with custom stickers for First, Second and Third Class, plus crew) and unbranded version based on the Death tuck and a Deluxe edition tuck.  Using the theme of the titanic each deck the Life/Death tucks used a unique and custom variable seal that included the name, age, gender and serial number (ticket number) for each person on board, with their survival or death indicated by the tuck used (Life or Death).  An accompanying 'boarding pass' in the form of a custom card with more details of the person were also available for each person.  The decks were created and designed by Robert Tomlinson of Tomlinson Playing Cards and were printed by Expert Playing Card Company.  

This PCDB Entry is for the Titanic Unbranded Deck which represents the quantity needed to make the 2500 minimum quantity. 276 decks would be printed plus the regular 10% overrun would make a total possible quantity of 526 decks.
