The deck was developed by Natalia Silva with the intent to create using MPC for 'just in time' 2015 Christmas delivery, but Penguin Magic purchased the rights to the deck and pritned using USPCC with pre-orders in early Dec 2015 with delivery shortly after.  Both Penguin Magic and Natalia made the deck available for pre-orders and after.
