ABOUT THIS DECK
Born and raised in the ever-hustling Tiger City of Mandaluyong, Philippines, Quiccs began his creative journey with oil painting and poster-making contests before evolving into a multidisciplinary artist. His work spans graphic design, graffiti, murals, and collectible toys. From illustrating children’s books to co-founding a design studio, he transformed his lifelong passions, including Japanese mecha, hip-hop, and street art, into a signature style that resonates worldwide. His murals have blazed across walls from Manila to New York, including cities like Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Mongolia, Mexico, and Hawaii. Through TEQ63 and his Bulletpunk Universe, Quiccs has placed the Philippines on the global designer toy map, earning his place as both a hometown hero and a titan of the art toy world.
The Ghost White edition comes housed in a tuck box with an air-cushion texture for a premium tactile feel. It features a clean white base contrasted with bold black detailing, accented with precise hits of red for a sharp, surgical edge. The overall design presents a cold and commanding presence that expands the visual language of the Bulletpunk Universe. Subtle but deliberate, the design includes collector-driven nods like the “63” tribute to the Philippines and the trio of dots that longtime fans will recognize from Quiccs’ custom toy work. The back of the tuck features the full card back design of the Ghost White edition, rendered in a symmetrical two-way layout. Centered are the faces of TEQ63, Mariko, and Ghost of Kurosawa, flanked by their signature weapons and their trusted sidekicks, Robodog and Mecha Cat. Every inch is packed with mechanical detail, pulled straight from the world of Bulletpunk. This is an entirely new presence, built with precision and designed to haunt the collection.
With over 50,000 art toys sold worldwide, Quiccs' characters have become icons in the designer toy scene. This deck pays tribute to the Bulletpunk Universe by translating its most recognizable figures into a traditional playing card format. The result is a blend of familiar structure and a bold new style, where classic court cards meet mecha-street energy. This Ghost White edition delivers a stark counterpart, featuring a striking black face that flips the usual playing card palette. The Jack, Queen, and King cards showcase the ghost versions of TEQ63, Mariko, and Ghost of Kurosawa, each rendered in a mix of Ghost White with accents inspired by OG Blue, OG Red, and Manila Killa. These inverted forms offer a cold, high-contrast take on the originals, bringing a fresh visual punch to every suit.
The numbered cards feature fully custom artwork, with each suit re-imagined in a mechanical style that fits seamlessly into the Bulletpunk Universe. These designs were built from scratch, incorporating elements that reflect Quiccs’ signature aesthetic. A special highlight lies in the six and three of each suit. When placed side by side, they form a connected artwork featuring TEQ63, Mariko, Ghost of Kurosawa, and a rare appearance by Zeta. This layout is a tribute to “63,” a number that has become Quiccs’ signature and a proud nod to the Philippines. The jokers feature Ravager, a corrupted clone of TEQ63 and one of the darker figures in the Bulletpunk roster. Meanwhile, the two extra cards form a complete piece of original artwork. It’s a connected graffiti-style graphic designed by Quiccs himself, bringing his street roots directly into the deck.
