NIGHTCLUB Playing Cards have two editions: Champagne Edition & UV Edition. Both boxes were designed to be visually appealing. The bright colors already make us understand the mood of this deck: lively, cheerful, fun. Only with a glance perfectly communicates the message that these cards want to give: THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY! In collaborated with Alexmagix and Daro Genuardi. Our vision for this particular deck is that it is suitable for magicians, cardists, and any person who likes art and clubs. To achieve our goal we have changed the back design more than 10 times making even the smallest adjustments on the positioning of the single elements. In this way, we have obtained a homogeneous result that also allowed us to distinguish and appreciate every detail. ARK has once again pioneered a unique and creative playing card tuck box structure. The tuck box shape is modeled after the magic theater from the last century. When the box is unfolded, a three-dimensional magic theater stage will appear before your eyes, with the magician standing center stage, performing the famous 'Sawing a lady/person in half' illusion.

When closed, the artwork on the tuck box depicts a Western-style detached building, the performance poster at the entrance of the theater, the Illusionist signboard that can be seen from afar, the figure of the magician in the skylight on the top floor, the splendor of the window sill... presented with these countless details, one cannot help but imagine the crowded scene at the entrance of the theater where celebrities in gorgeous evening wear gather one after another before the show.

Throughout the history of the Peking Opera, there exists two resplendent opera theaters, known to be the pinnacle of traditional opera stages. One is the Changyin Pavilion (畅音阁) inside the Forbidden City, and the other is the Qingyin Pavilion (清音阁) in the Chengde Mountain Resort. Based on where they are located, it is not difficult to conclude that both these opera theaters were used by the royal family.

The name After Sound (余音) Translated: Lingering Sound was derived from this: Playing one song after another, the sonorous sound reverberates and lingers among the rafters, causing one to appreciate its deep affection, elegance, and splendor.
