Going through 2 versions designing this deck of cards, perfect for the use of its name, Rogue Playing Cards is a deck made for playing. This deck was designed to be played with. There is a simplistic marking system implemented in the back design for the gamblers and cheats in all of us, and useful when used.
Back Story of The Rogue Playing Card Series: I had this design drawn up a few years ago as a school art project when I was trying to shadow shapes but never got the hang of it. Instead, I took different shapes and overlapped them with the outer lines bold to create the shadow effect. I finally took the drawings and digitally created the design on the computer to see what it would look like, and it looks AWESOME. The back design is a simplistic but intricate design, using circles and squares, but giving the outer layers of each shape a different shade to make the design pop out. Those who backed my 24 Samples of Different Playing Cards Back Design had a prototype version of the back design.
Now with the success of the Rogue Black Diamond Playing Cards and its limited counterpart, Rogue Lava Burgundy Red Playing Cards, we present to you Rogue Amethyst Purple Playing Cards. The Amethyst Purple edition is a unique color variant that many decks of cards do not use. This color stands out and amplifies the design as it gives it a 3D look.
