ABOUT THIS DECK
40 and 8 was and is a US legionary founded in the 1920’s after WWI. It’s got a strange history to it but effectively functions as a scholarship program now for nursing students. During WWII they supplied soldiers with over 4 million decks. I am unsure of the year these were made but it is safe to say it is a tribute deck made later on to its history.
